First of all you’ll need to create diet plan. Here I’m going to provide you with some great information for you to create your strategy to lose weight in 7 days.
Additionally, I’ll give you some healthy tips to keep burning fat every single week.
Now let’s create our week diet plan:
Above all, keep in mind that a diet = habit; and plan = strategy (the HOW TO)
In fact what we what to do is to develop a habit that helps us lose weight in the next 7 days.
Remember as well that when it comes to the healthy habit of losing weight… “It’s not what you eat, but how you eat what counts”
Some people think that is impossible to lose weight in just one week. But let me tell you my friend: I also used to think so; and it’s very possible.
The first thing you need to realize is that you have to set up that goal.
Up from the start you need to get a piece of paper and write down whether you want to lose 2, 3, 5 or even 7 ponds this week.
Don’t make it hard on yourself. Understand that if you have the will; you’ll find the way.
Once you have written down your goal for how much weight you want to lose this week everything will be much easier.
So, what do we do next to start our week diet plan?
1- Plan ahead: Make sure you write down all you will eat in the next seven days. In details, everything that you are going to have for breakfast, lunch dinner, snacks, and so on. This is very important.
2- Make sure that in the menu you include foods that you enjoy eating and at the same time that are GOOD FOR YOU. This sounds a little difficult but it’s not impossible, but if in case that the foods you enjoy eating are NOT HEALTHY – My advice is: DON’T EAT TO MUCH.
3- Drink lots of water. During the daytime, at work, at home. Drink lots of water, preferably fresh, not to cold, and by the way drink GOOD WATER (I recommend you do a research and find out which brands are better) your first glass of water (8 – 10 oz) should be as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. It helps your restart your metabolism after hours of sleep.
4- Your diet needs to be balance, you need to know as well that you body responds to that, try not repeat the same foods on and on. My advice is to try something new, if you can. Eat something that you have never tried before. I mean this in a good way.
5- Make sure that you cook most of your meals. This way you know what’s in it or not. Also the exercise of cooking your meal it’s pretty healthy as well
6- Eat your meals on time: This is crucial – Eat your breakfast within the first 45 minutes after you wake up in the morning. Lunch in the midday hours, of course; and avoid dinner after 7pm. In fact, try to schedule your dinner for 6pm if you can, if not as close to 6pm as possible.
7- Eat Slow: Believe it or not; the quicker you eat, the more you eat. Take your time while eating. It’s well worthy.
8- Breathe properly. I mean this literally. The first time I heard it sounded like nonsense to me, but you can actually burn fat when you breathe oxygen. I will advise you to breathe deeply 10 – 12 times in a row at least 3 different times of your day. What do you have to lose anyways? Oxygen is like food for your brain after all.
9- Avoid Alcohol – This you might have heard it before. And if you are like me ( a wine, beer and rum lover) understand that you would better stay focus on pursuing your goals. Unfortunately alcohol is not going to help you if you want to lose some pounds. I want you to give up drinking. Just minimize the alcohol at last during your week diet plan.
10- Enjoy your meals: Whatever happens, eat with joy. Believe it or not your body responds to that. And by the way it doesn’t hurt anybody to enjoy a good meal.
11- Sleep well. This is very important. You need to get your metabolism back in track and your body needs a reset as well. The more energy you spend, the more you’ll need to put back in your boy as well.

I understand that you might have to deal with some challenges in completing your own week diet plan or even do some modifications but try to stick to the plan. The most important is to reach your goal.
But it doesn’t hurt to complement with a little exercise at the gym, or a 30 minutes’ walk 5 days a week, or all the other fat burn stay fit activities that you already know.
